OTTAWA, Oct 7.
. Replying to a Labour delegation, Mr. Robert Rogers, Acting-Prime Minister, said the proposal to nationalise the munition factories in Canada came too late, as advices from London stated that no more Canadian munitions would be required after th,e present contracts had been completed. Britain had enough munitions to win the war.
