A communique states: "The Servian offensive is developing. Advance guards have reached the Belavoda Valley. The French are operating on the shores of Lake Presha." An earlier communique stated There has been lively fighting on the whole of the Tserna front, in Western Macedonia," (Received 7.30 p.m.) AMSTERDAM. Oct. 7. A Bulgarian communique states: "Our counter-attack crushed the Servian attempt to cross the Tserna River near Ckotohivir.

An enemy fleet bombarded Dedeagatch. The damage was not important. Our aeroplanes caused the fleet to retire."

(Received 11.5 p.m.) LONDON. Oct. 8. The latest reports from Salonika state that the Servians have occupied the station at Kenali.
