TREACHERY TOWARDS ITALY ' ECHO OF TURKISH WAR. A. and N.Z. Cable. ROME. September 17. The Idea Nationalc publishes an official German document granting pensions to German officers and men who fought with the Turks against Italy in 1911 and 1912. The document proves that despite the Triple Alliance Germans were fighting against Italy.
