TRADE IN COTTON GOODS.
DEMAND FOR AMERICAN. A. and X.Z. Cable. NEW YORK, Sept. 17.
A return shows that the export of cotton cloths from America to Australia during the past fiscal year was worth £356,600, as against £183,400 in 1915. These figures show that American goods are replacing those of European manufacture.
