LEVY ABANDONS APPEAL.
BREACH OF MILITARY CONTRACT.
[DT TELEGRAPH.— PRKSS ASSOCIATION'.] WELLINGTON. Monday, At the Magistrate's Court this afternoon the seven remaining charges against Abraham Levy of breaches of his military contract were withdrawn by the Crown. It was mentioned that the appeal by Levy against his conviction had been abandoned.
