COUNCILLORS' « OPINIONS. ' The question of whether some steps should bo taken to provide an electric lighting and power scheme for . the Mount Edoa Borough was briefly discmised at last night's meeting of the Borough Council. Nicholson, said that perhaps it would be cheaper to obtain a supply of current from the City Council; Mr. Shackelford referred to what had been dons in the iouth in connection witlii j the Lakij Coleridge scheme. j Mr. E.
