HOME DEFENCE UNITS CALLED
A. and N.Z. Cable. SYDNEY, Sept. 4.
An order has been issued that all physically fit men who are now employed on home service are required for service abroad.
A Government proclamation has been issued prohibiting the sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises, within a radius of five miles of the training camp at Liverpool.
A telegram from Adelaide states that the Cricket Association has decided that it will not play any matches this season.
