ALLEGED BIGAMY.

RETURNED SOLDIER CHARGED.

A charge of committing bigamy in June, 1914, was preferred against a young man named Alfred Wylin [Mr. A. Moody) in tho Police Court yesterday before Mr. F. V. Frazcr, S.M.

Chief-Detective McMahon applied for a remand for a week.

In asking for bail, Mr. Moody said accused was a returned soldier invalided from Gallipoli and that his mother was prepared to go bail for him. The remand was granted, bail in ono surety of £100 being allowed.
