A Rome message states that the Bulgarian Minister at Athens threatens to leave owing to anti-Bulgarian demonstrations. Speaking in the House of Commons, Lord Robert Cecil, UnderSecretary for Foreign Affairs, stated that relations with the Greek Government, so far as he knew, were thoroughly satisfactory.
