HARVESTING IN GERMANY.
KAISER WORKS IN FIELDS.
REPORT AS TO PROSPECTS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 7 p.m.) NEW YORK. August 5. The New York Times states that the Kaiser, who is on a holiday, is personally helping to reap the harvest, thereby getting physical exercise. Divested of his gray field uniform, he toils for whole afternoons in the heat of the sun. and has acquired a healthy tan.
The Minister for Rations states that the hot weather has improved the harvest prospects, particularly in regard to potatoes-
