James Joseph Eccles and his wife, Aubrey Eccles. were charged that on or about June 1 last, at Cookston, Otago, they falsely applied to fire extinguishers a certain trademark. Accused were also charged with a similar offence af Mastertoc The charge against the woman was withdrawn owing to insufficient evidence. Eccles was committed for trial, bail being allowed.
