ALLEGED THEFT OF TRUST FF^D

William Tosswill, who sold his practice last year, and who was arrested at Palmerston North, was committed for trial on several charges of alleged theft of trust moneys. A considerable sum is involved. The hearing occupied two clays. Accused lately filed a petition in bankruptcy. He formerly held important public positions here.
