Brigus; assistant secretary, 1 Mr. Batty; auditor, Mr. S. McGill. Prizes 3 were presented as follow: —Championship, 7 Mr. F. Coburn; runner-up, Mr. H. J. Bray; i pairs, Messrs. Peart and Batty; lirst-yeur singles, Mr. W. H. Clarke; presidents fours. | Messrs. A. Carter. Massey, Francis, and j Egginton. The winners of the Easter tournament were Messrs. Pearce. Allan, MoKen- | zie, and McGregor. A bonus of £10 was ; voted to the secretary for his services during i the year. A balance-sheet of the Faster i tournament showed receipts £11 17s Gd, and ' expenses £10 13s lOd. The president and ' secretary were appointed ex officio members j of the Match Committee, thus increasing the I strength of the committee to five. The com- ! mittee was instructed to report upon the preparation of additional rinks upon the I lower levels of the club property. The question of erecting a- new pavilion is also to be considered. Upon, the question ol whether or not a player should be compelled to play with both feet, on the mat, it was decided * to enforce the rule, but as it was pointed out that the mats in use were not. the regulation size, a- levy of Is a member was agreed to for the purchase of new mats. ONEHUXGA CLUB. There was a good attendance on the win'.et 8 green last Saturday, eight rinks being occupied; but as the weather was not. at all 3 favourable, only two matches were completed, and these resulted: — Ponsonby—Pardington, Brophy. Smith, Finer—l 7, v. Onehunga —Schnackenberg, Macklow. Kenny. Ramsey—l6. Grey Lynn—Lockie. Fenton. Baiidon. G. S Ba-ildon —21. v. Onehunga—Kintuul, Gpurge, Hills. Brown- 17.
