[BY teleghaph.special CORRESPONDENT.J WELLINGTON. Friday. The Prime Minister and the Minister for Defence, who have been indisposed to r the past week, have not vet been able to resume their Parliamentary duties. .Mr. Mas»sey attended at his office a while this morning in order to keep an appointment, but he returned to his home shortly afterwards.
