Harding, president, stated that the Government had derided that the Aliens Commission should visit Dargaville at an early date to take evidence re the proposed internment of Austrians. Tuesday. At the Magistrate's Court, before Mr. F. J. Burgess. S.M., a youth under 14 years, was charged that he had in his possession a shotgun. A youth under 16 years was charged that he carried a shotgun. After hearing the evidence the magistrate convicted them and discharged them with a iT.utioil. The cases were the outcome oi the recent fatal shooting accident.
