A KITCHENER LETTER.
LONDON. JUNE 16 Two offers of £1500 have been received for a letter, written some time ago by the late Earl Kitchener, appealing for 300,000 recruits. It is to be sold to the highest bidder before June 30, and is not to be taken out of the country.
