KAIPARA LICENSING BENCH.
The annual meeting of the Kaipara Licensing Committee was held at Dargaville on Wednesday last. The following members were present:—Messrs. E. Page, S.M., chairman, G. N. Hayes, D. Finlayson, J. A. McLean, and V. Trounson. The police reports on the conduct of., all the houses were satisfactory, but in some cases the licensees were instructed to provide increased sleeping accommodation, fire escapes, and stabling. All renewals were granted.
