[by TELEGRAM.OWN COBBESFOOTaaSTT.I Napier, Saturday. Perrier, who finished third in the Meaneo Hack Hurdles, was very unlucky during the running, and will bo heard of to more advantage shortly. Sea Lord may have reversed places with Whakahoki, winner of the Winter Oat», but for being handled badly. " Queen's Post looked all over <* winner at the last fence in the Park Steeples, but tired badly in the run home, and was beaten into second place. Korangi fell at the last fence in the Hunt Club Steeplechase, but was remounted and gained third. money. Awahou, by his performance in' the Poraite Hurdles, left the impression with onlookers that he will be troublesome to the judg< in the near future. He is'improving every race. . -•
The reason -why. Gladful and Ttttpfe were withdrawn, from their engagements -was -that their handicaps were not considered satisfactory.
