WEST-AFRICAN TRADE.
EXPORT DUTY ADVOCATED. LONDON. JUNE 8. The Colonial Office Committee on West African Trade advocates the imposition of an export duty of at least £2 a ton on British West African palm kernels, with no duty if they are crushed within the British Empire.
