REBUILDING OF DUBLIN.

London, June 3. A Dvbun message states that Mr. Herbert Samuel, Home Secretary, has arrived in the city. He proposes to remain a fortnight. To-day he visited the damaged areas, and he will' confer with the civic authorities regarding the the damaged property and plans for rebuilding. He will receive a private deputation at Dublin Castle on Monday.
