» MAN-O'-WARSMEN'S CONCERT. EFFORTS OF PHILOMEL'S CREW. [by telegraph— correspondent.] Wellington, Monday. Information has come to the Minister for Defence that the officers and men of H.M.S. Philomel, who have had very trying service in one of the hottest spots in the world, have recently had a month's furlough ashore.
