CASTOR OIL BAY ESTATE.
A further sale of sections and cottages, forming part of the Castor Oil Bay Estate, Takapuna, was held in Mr. Richard Arthur's auction rooms, Elliott Street, last evening. Five sections and seven cottages were disposed of as follows:—Section 40, £100; 41, £85; 42, £85; 43, £80; 75, £65; and the cottages £162 13s 6d the lot, making a total for the sale of £577 13s 6d.
