KAISER FEARS REVOLT.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR WAR.
REPUDIATION PLACARDED.

Amsterdam, June 11.
A traveller from Kiel states that whilst there he saw placards on the walls explaining that the Kaiser was not responsible for the war, which had been forced on Germany. It is understood that the placards are intended to prevent a revolution,-, which the Kaiser fears may break out.
CHARGED WITH TREASON.
EX-LEADER OF SOCIALISTS. (Received June 12. 1.15 a.m.) Amsterdam, June 11. The Wolf Bureau states that Dr. Liebknecht, ex-leader of the German Socialist Party, has been charged with treason. The military authorities shortly will pass sentence on him.
