OPPOSITE OPINIONS EXPRESSED. [BT TELEGBAPH.— COBBESPONDENT.J Wellington, Thursday. In his speech in the House of representatives to-day, Mr. J. Q. Coates expressed disagreement with the views of those who advocated local camps. Mr. C. H. Poole said hundreds of men who registered at Auckland had cone away because they could not be immediatelv taken into camp. Had there been a local camp this would have been avoided
