CUMBERLAND IN PORT. Tho Federal-Shire steamer Cumberland arrived from Sydney yesterday afternoon, and berthed at tho Queen's Wharf. Captain McGibbon is in command, and ho has associated with him the following officen:—Chief' officer, Mr. Lyndon; second officer, Mr. Hughes; third officer, Mr. Beech; fourth officer, Mr. Haiginsehow; chiol engineer, Mr. Drummond: auxiliary chief engineer, Mr. Boyd; chief refrigerating engineer, Mr. Piatt. After loading h*re, the Cumberland proceeds to Southe.-n port'.
