To ob'tain probate of any such will or n- letters of administration of any such estate on thS affidavits of a Director or Manager of • the Company and to empower any Court having jurisdiction to receive and act upon such affidavits 3. To enable the Company to be appointed by any Court having jurisdiction or by any person having power of appointment as M trustee under any deed or will or guardian or trustee or receiver or committee of the estate of any person under disability and to act accordingly; 4. To enable the Compary to be ap^ pointed and to act as Attorney of any person or corporation and to enable the powers of the Company under any power of attorney IE to be exercised by the Manager of the Com- ?; pany or any Director or two Directors 1; thereof, and to extend and apply the proviit- sions of Section 100 of " The Property Law Act, 1908," and Section 306 of " The Companies Act, 1908," to any uuch power of ill attorney and to enable the Manager or any 0" Director or two Directors to make the statu--09 tory declarations as prescribed by the said sections; 5.
