The Rev. A. Richards, vicar of St. Sepulchre's, will leave for New Plymouth to-day, accompanied by Mrs. Richards. He has arranged a temporary exchange - 1 duties for the Lenten season "with the Rev. ,A. H. L'olviile, of St. Marv's, New Ply. mouth, and the latter will arrive in Auckland on Wednesday. Mr. Julian do Cordova, a prominent merchant of Boston, accompanied by Mrs. de Cordova, returned to Auckland on Saturday, after a month's holiday tour of the Dominion. Mr. and Mrs. de Cordova are staying at the Royal Hotel. They expect to leave Auckland to-day for Australia, and they will visit Japan before returning to America. Mr. D'Arcy Perry, who has been manager for the Fuller-Brennan proprietary at the Auckland Opera House for some years, is about to leave for Sydney, to occupy another position in the same service. At the conclusion of Saturday night's performance, Mr. Perry was presented by the stage hands, for whom Mr. J. O'Brien, stage manager, acted as spokesman, with a case of pipes and cigarholder, and Mrs. Perry with a travelling rug. In the name of friends outside the profession. Mr. P. B. Ross handed to Mr. Perry a Gladstone bag, and to Mrs. Perry a gold-mounted manicure set.
