MOVEMENT IN WELLINGTON.

[lIT TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Monday. A movement has been set afoot in Wellington to agitate for the six o'clock closing of hotels in the interests of soldiers. A preliminary meeting of citizens was held privately to-day. On Friday another private meeting is to be held to arrange for a public meeting to consider definite proposals to be made to- the Government on- the subject^
