DOGGER BANK INCIDENT.

THE GERMAN LIE. London, February 17. ~A Berlin message states that after the sinking of the mine vessel Arabis off the Dogger Bank the British warships ran away when the German destroyers appeared. I n reality it was the British ships that chased the Germans all the way home.
