PRISONERS IN GERMANY.
BETTER TREATMENT.
GUARDS LESS HOSTILE.
Amsterdam, January 9. A party of British civilians, released from the Ruhleben internment camp in Germany, have reached Holland. They state that there has been a marked change for the better in the conduct of the German soldiers towards the British. Many of the camp guards are seeking to fraternise with the prisoners. It is believed that Germany's confidence in victory is shaken, if not shattered.
