FEDERATED TINSMITHS.
AMALGAMATION WITH ENGINEERS. [by telegraph.— ASSOCIATION.] Dtjnedin, Friday. The Federated Tinsmiths of New Zealand held their conference here during the holidays. Mr. Wilson, of Chtistchurch, presided, and delegates were present from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin. After a lengthy discussion, the conference decided on affiliation with the Amalgamated Society of Engineers.
