ARTILLERY ACTIVITY ON THE WESTERN FRONT.
ENEMY DRIVEN FROM OH 3IPAGNE POSITION. Wellington, December 12.
The High Commissioner reports from London under date December 12 as follows: "The artillery firo on the western front has been continuous and to our advantage, especially in the Bois de Bouchot, where the enemy's first line and supporting trenches were destroyed. "In the Champagne region, south of -St. Souplet; the enemy yesterday was driven beyond the crest.
