Sunday As' inquest was held at Win ton regarding the death of an old man caned Pete* Leichman. The evidence showed that the deceased called another man named Daniel Casey a German, and that Casey struck him on the head, the blow causing unconscious* ness. Leichman died two weeks later The coroner found that death results! directly or indirectly from a blow. Casey was subsequently arreted on 4 charge of manslaughter.
