LOSS OF A SUBMARINE.
ATTACKED WHEN AGROUND (Received December 9. 11 p.m.) London, December 9. With reference to the loss of the French submarine Fresnel off the Albanian coast, the French Admiralty explains that the Fresnel was attacked when aground. The Austrians alleged that a large sailing ship was also sunk, but the ship was only of 30 tons.
