COMMENT ON KING CONSTANTINE'S STATEMENTS.
FAILS TO JUSTIFY THE DESERTION OF SERVIA. London. December 8. The London Times, in a leading article, says : " King Constantine's description of the Dardanelles as a g«»mble is delicate ground, because the risks were largely due to his refusal to sanction the policy of M. \ enizelos in the spring. His defence of the failure of Greece to respect treaty obligations adds nothing to the singularly feeble explanation of his present advisers." M
