' Still later, in 1910, he discussed matters with her. and she agreed to live with: him at Kingsland. They were housekeep- ' ing for only three weeks, and then his wife ran away, leaving a note to sav that she could not continue to live with . him. He did not hear from her for a 1 considerable time, but then he learned of her whereabouts, and was told that she had been seen in the company of j j a man.
