GREECE DECIDES NOT TO SEND SERVIA ASSISTANCE.
OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION GIVEN TO BRITAIN.
PRESENT CABINET EXISTING ONLY ON SUFFERANCE.
London, October 15
Tii a N'ote to Britain. Greece makes the announcement that she has come to the decision not to interfere in Servia for the present. The Athens correspondent of the London Times states that Servia invited the Greek Government to furnish co-operation under the provisions of the treaty of 1913. The Government returned a negative reply. M. Venizelos made no rejoinder to the Premier's expressed hope/ that the Government might receive the support of the majority. It is clear that the Cabinet exists only on sufferance with the tacit consent of the majority. The German newspaper Vossiehe Zeitung states that King Constantine of Greece sent an envoy with an autograph letter to King Ferdinand of Bulgaria, which it is believed contained the draft of a Grseco-Bulgarian agreement.
