GERMANY PUTTING PRESSURE ON ROUMANIA.
POSTAL SERVICE SUSPENDED AND FOODSTUFFS STOPPED DECLARATION OF ATTITUDE TO CENTRAL POWERS DEMANDED (Received October 13, 11.30 p.m.) Bucharest, October 14. Germany has suspended the postal service and will stop footstuffs consigned to Roumania on the German railways until the country's attitude towards the Central Powers is more clearly defined.
