ABOLITION OF THE BUCHAREST TREATY.
CROWN PRINCE APPOINTED COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF.
(Received September 29. 1.25 *.m.) Sofia, September 28. The Crown Prince has been appointed commander-in-chief of the Bulgarian Army.
, The Narodni Prava, a Government organ, says that Bulgaria is not only compelled to prepare against any violation of her interests, but to obtain in the most favourable circumstances what it cannot do without. -
The newspaper Mir declares that Bulgaria must obtain the abolition of the Bucharest Treaty.
