TRAFALGAR CELEBRATIONS.

The City Council decided that no celebration of Trafalgar Day bo held this year, tho Mayor remarking that the battle was fought between Great Britain and France, and, as both Powers were allies at the present time, it was a delicate question as to whether the dav should be celebrated any more.
