AMERICA AND AUSTRIA.

SUPPLIES OF MUNITIONS.

EXPORT PROTESTED AGAINST

Amsterdam, September 26.

She does not object to normal traffic in war materials, but says the United States is militarised because economic life has become subservient to the production of war material on the greatest possible scale.
