LABOUR LOSES A SEAT. By Telegraph— AssociationCopyrisluV; (Received September 27, 12.10 *.m.) Sydney, September 26. On the second ballot, Mr. John Haynes. Independent Democrat, won from Labour the Willoughby seat rendered vacant through the death of Mr. Larkin, who was killed at the Dardanelles.
