London, September 25.
The Berlin newspaper Tageblatt states that Constantinople messages show great dissatisfaction in the Turkish Army over the projected entry of German troops. The army fears that if they come they will never be got rid of. The Young Turks have published a statement that Turkey does not need Germany's assistance, and will keep a watch on the Dardanelles and reconquer Egypt alone.
