SYSTEM IN AUSTRALIA.

Melbourne, September 15. The deputy-chief censor, in defending the censorship, says that the suppression or holding of news from the Beat of war was reduced in practice to a minimum. " Practically the whole of the information regarding our troops on Gallipoli, so far as it had been made available in Australia," he added, "i 3 in the hands of the press. Xo military reason is known to me why it should not be."
