PRAYERS FOR THE DEAD.
By Telegraph Association—Copyright (Received September 15, 1 a.m-) Sydney, September 14. The Anglican Synod discussed the proposed introduction into the church service of prayers for the dead, The general tone of the debate was against the inclusion. A resolution to that effect was carried.
