SUPREME COURT.
SITTINGS AT HAMILTON. [BT TEEEGRAPH.OWX CORBESPOXOENT.] Hamilton, Tuesday. At to-day's sitting of the Supreme Court, Peter Garibaldi Merlo was found guilty of forging and perjury at Te Aroha, 'and will be sentenced on Thursday. The trial of John Johnston on charges of forgery and uttering at Kawhia in 1914, was commenced. On the occasion of the June sittings the jury disagreed in this case and a new trial was ordered. '
