CHANGES IN THE RUSSIAN COMMAND.
GENERAL BUSSKY SENT TO THE NORTH.

Petkograd, September 1.
General Russky, who commanded the Russian armies in their first victorious campaign in Galicia, which led to the capture of Lemberg, has been appointed commander-in-chief of the armies of defence in the northern region. General Yanushkevtch, chief of staff to the Grand Duke Nicholas, has been appointed Assistant-Viceroy of the Caucasus. General Alexief succeeds General Yanushkevitch.
