OBITUARY.

MR. J. E. KELSALL. The death occurred yesterday of Mr. John Edward Kelsall at. his residence, Queen Street, One hung?. The late Mr. Keleall was 59 years of age and came to New Zealand, with his parents in the ship British Crown, which arrived at Lyttleton in the year 1863. His father was a Lancashire operative. Mr. Kelsall learnt his trade with Messrs. Price Bros. when their factory was working in Queen Street, Onehunga, before being removed to Thames. Later he started in business in Onehunga as a decorator and painter. For many years the deceased acted as a churchwarden in St. Peter's Anglican. Church. He was also a director of long standing in the Onehunga Building Society, and a member of Court Pride of Onehunga, A.O.F. Mr. Kelsall married a daughter of the late Mr. Daniel; Hills, by whom he is survived, together with their three children, one son and two daughters.
