LIMITED QUANTITY ALLOWED

[BT TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] Ixvercargill, Tiles lay. The Southland branch of the Farmers' Union to-day received the following telegram from the Prime Minister :—" With reference to your telegram, the Government have decided to allow a limited quantity of oats to be exported, with the consent of the Minister for Customs, to whom applications for each shipment should be addressed as soon as possible."
