.■; [Br TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] ' Wellington, Monday. ; Iv the telegraphed report -of a cane at Auckland regarding the sale of medicated wines'it was stated that no one could sell thom except;. holders of a license. It has been pointed out, however, that the' Act excepts chemists, -who are allowed to sell without a license.
